   Wetaskiwin Search and Rescue Society (WSAR) is incorporated as a not-for-profit volunteer
   organization under the Societies Act of Alberta. The major objectives of WSAR are to provide
   quality ground search and rescue operations.

   WSAR also implements public awareness programs to educate the public about problems
   that can arise while engaged in outdoor activities.
